Zambelli Tassetto successfully represents Superbeton before the Veneto Administrative Tribunal
The Veneto Administrative Tribunal, on the basis of the End of Waste criteria, rejected the challenge by the Municipality of Verona against the application by Superbeton to the transformation of a former quarry into a waste management facility which had been approved by the Province of Verona. The plans stipulate that the facility would manage 322,000 tonnes of waste (chiefly construction waste) per year.
