We have broad experience in a diverse range of clients: publicly-held corporations, private companies of all sizes, financial institutions, insurance companies, as well as investors, governmental entities, families and individuals.

We consider litigation as the last resort. We try to focus on alternative solutions. We are proactive in advising our clients, to reduce exposure to litigation. However if the dispute cannot be resolved, whichever side of the complaint a client is, Zambelli Tassetto will tenaciously pursue its interests before all levels of courts, regulators, commissions, administrative tribunals and arbitral panels. Our firm’s size allows us to be largely free of the conflicts that are an increasing concern in larger firms and that may impair the ability to take on contentious cases.

Our team provides services across the board from complex actions through specialised contentious regulatory prosecutions. We can assist our clients in any commercial litigation, criminal proceedings, tax litigation and advocacy and proceedings commenced before the Administrative Courts. We have extensive experience in representing clients in disputes arising from agreements of purchase and sale of real property, actions in connection with consultants’ errors and omissions in real estate transactions, claims regarding misrepresentations, breaches of fiduciary duty, title disputes, commercial and residential lease dispute, land trespass and injunctive relief.

Our practice has also a consolidated experience as counsel, arbitrators and experts in commercial arbitration proceedings, domestic and international (both at an academic and practical level). We are familiar with the common law and the civil law systems (in addition to the Italian bar, some of our lawyers are also members of the New York bar and qualified in Ireland, England and Wales).

Our arbitration practice also includes advising clients and representing them in all forms of alternative dispute resolution, including principled negotiations, mediation or other forms of ADR. One of the partners of the firm teaches Law of International Commercial Arbitration and Mediation at the University of West London.

When disputes escalate into litigation or arbitration proceedings, you can count on us to aggressively represent your interests, protect your position, and pursue the remedies that are most appropriate to the case.
