Zambelli Tassetto advises on a major urban regeneration project

We have advised Cediv (a member of the Salini Impregilo Group) on a planning agreement with the City of Venice which envisage the urban regeneration of an area located in Via Ulloa, Marghera. The project envisages the creation and transfer of a park to the City of Venice, the transfer to the City of Venice of an area which will constitute a new access to the Mestre train station, building a public-private parking garage and the regeneration of the area owned by Cediv through a plan which would allow a buildable area of 44,400 sqm with the following uses: up to 14,000 sqm hotel/hostel use, around 10,000 sqm office use, 14,400 sqm residential use and 6,000 sqm commercial use.
