Competition: Zambelli Tassetto and the law firm Scoca win the appeal in front of the Consiglio di Stato (Administrative Supreme Court) - 28 July 2016
Consiglio di Stato ruled (with decision no. 3409 of 28 July 2016) in favour of the appellant (Superbeton) against a decision of the Italian Antitrust Authority which restricted access to confidential information to be used for the purposes of defense.
