Substantial amendments to the new Italian Public Procurement Contracts Code
On the 5th of May 2017 the amendment to the new Italian Public Procurement Contracts Code (legislative decree 50/2016) has been published in the Italian Official Gazette (no. 103 of the 5th of May 2017). Such publication, with no. 56/2017, determines the effectiveness, as of the 20th of May 2017, of the 441 amendments made to the new Italian Public Procurement Contracts Code.
