The Venice Local Health Authority wins the appeal against Policlinico San Marco
The Court of Appeal of Venice has quashed the appeal of Policlinico San Marco for the payment of over a million Euro against the Venice Local Health Authority declaring that, as Zambelli Tassetto argued for the Local Health Authority, it lacked jurisdiction to adjudicate the subject matter of the dispute.
