Ca’ della Robinia: Court of Auditors acquits Mario Modolo, represented by Studio Legale Zambelli Tassetto.
The Central Appellate Jurisdictional Section of the Court of Auditors acquitted Mario Modolo in the accounting liability proceedings concerning the “Ca’ della Robinia” case.
The decision overturned the first-instance ruling, excluding any obligation on his part to pay damages to the Region.
At the time of the events, Modolo was Director of the Social Affairs Department of the Veneto Region and was represented by Studio Legale Zambelli Tassetto.
