Zambelli Tassetto secures the annulment of a preservation order for a bitumen production plant
On the 5th of July Zambelli Tassetto has obtained from the Court of Verona an order for the annulment of an interim preservation order in respect of a bitumen production plant owned by Superbeton S.p.a. The Court has ordered the immediate release of the production facility since it was proven that the production’s authorization has been fully complied with in terms of emissions.
