The decision was rendered on the basis that the Tax Authority used an incorrect methodology in determining the presumed revenue that the property (a multiplex cinema built on land belonging to the Municipality of Venice but transferred to IMG Candiani \u2013 the developers \u2013 with a time limited interest in the building for the duration of sixty years) would generate.
