Annamaria Tassetto

Annamaria Tassetto is the firm’s co-founding partner. In addition to her expertise in the areas of legal procedure, she has gained wide and relevant experience in litigation in civil, regulatory, corporate and commercial matters, as well as in labour law.

Besides handling proceedings in courts and tribunals at all levels, Annamaria advises clients on strategies to reduce their potential exposure to litigation and in assessing pre-litigation remedies.

During a law career spanning three decades, she has gained extensive experience in commercial transactions in several sectors, including sale of goods and supply of services, agency, distribution and franchising, data protection, insurance, product liability, real estate and land acquisition, construction, tourism and health-care. She has solid experience in negotiating and drafting commercial contracts.

Annamaria graduated from the University of Padua. She was admitted to the Italian Bar in 1977 and she has been admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court (Corte di Cassazione) since 1991. Annamaria is a member of the Association of Administrative Lawyers of the Veneto Region.
